Getting Started

Thank you for your interest in using the Northeast Regional Library’s Maker Pavilion. To utilise the space you must:

Complete the Maker 101 Orientation (2^nd & 4^th Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.)
Submit a signed waiver

Unable to attend a Monday orientation? Email us to arrange a one-on-one session.

General Information

An appointment reserves one workstation in the Maker Pavilion for a two-hour block. Limited supplies are provided at each station.

Appointment Policies

Submit requests 2-3 business days in advance. Same-day requests may go unanswered.
You may submit up to two active requests. After those are scheduled, wait until one is complete before requesting another.
Submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment. Staff will confirm or suggest alternatives.
Requests can be made up to 21 days ahead.
Limit: 1 appointment per day, 2 per week.
Arrive within 15 minutes of your start time or the slot will be released.
Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed—booking ahead is best.
You may only occupy one workstation at a time.
Families/groups with children ≤ 12 yrs may reserve one workstation per group. Children must be supervised by an adult who has completed Maker 101 Orientation.

Please note: Submitting this form does not create your appointment. You will be contacted using the information you provided to either confirm your reservation, or to be informed that the requested workstation is unavailable. Please allow two to three (2-3) business days for a reply regarding your request. Thank you.
