Request Proctoring

A registration form indicating the contact person (name, address, and telephone numbers - day and evening) must be on file with the Library Branch where test proctoring is requested. The student must complete the online Proctor Reservation Form for every exam at least five (5) days in advance. If the student is taking more than one test they should fill out the form for each individual date/time and test requested.

Please note that test proctoring is subject to staff availability.
